Culinary Lavender

Exceptionally bright and sweet, these premium organically grown English lavender buds are great for flavoring simple syrup, baking or cocktails. Try steeping them in milk for custard, or crushing them over freshly frosted cookies. Don't stop at sweets, lavender is a cousin to sage and oregano. Try a little lavender on your lamb chops or grilled salmon.
